Wi-Fi was reliable, but lobby closing at 11pm was inconvenient for late needs.

clean bathrooms, kitchenette available, spacious room
The air conditioning could definitely use better calibration!!! The lobby's 11pm closure is ridiculous for late arrivals or needs!!! Frozen mini fridge was a hassle that should have been sorted before my stay!!!

Staying here with my large family and a young child was a breeze. The spacious double room made it easy for everyone to move around, and we loved having a kitchenette. it was perfect for preparing snacks during our busy days exploring Busch Gardens. The bathrooms were also spotlessly clean.
In my wife’s opinion, a pool would be great for families.

The spacious layout and clean bathrooms enhanced the experience, while the kitchenette proved convenient for quick meals. Unfortunately, the air conditioning struggled to keep the space cool, and the mini fridge was a hassle initially due to freezing issues. Additionally, the lobby closing early limited access to services when needed.

Recommend it for budget travelers
The guy running the place, he was excellent! He checked in with me a few times to see if I needed anything.
It wasn't exactly a steal, but honestly pretty acceptable for the quality you get.

The room at Fort Eustis Inn had a spacious layout, which surprised me for the price of $55 a night. The bathroom was absolutely clean, and the refreshing smell made it a pleasant stay. I appreciated having a kitchenette, even though I didn’t use the stove top. The mini fridge had some issues initially. it was frozen when I arrived, but after defrosting it, it worked perfectly. The beds were comfy, providing a great night's sleep after a long day. The air conditioning worked, but it needed some calibration to be perfect. One downside is that the lobby closes at 11pm, which made getting assistance difficult if anything was needed later on. Still, the guy running the place checked in with me often to make sure my stay was good, which I really appreciated. For the price, I thought it was a solid choice, but improvements on the air conditioning and keeping the lobby open later would make it even better.
